Can anyone tell me if my Jan 1990 300 ce 24v has a catalyst equipped exhaust or not?

How much should i expect to pay for a full system (Repro not merc) and from whom?

You have a 99% chance of having a cat, how much or how good after market ones are I do not know

Look in engine bay and there is a knob for changing the fuel RON. If it has EZL-KAT on it you have a catalytic converter.
