1989 230E W124 I ran down the battery and jump started it. The aftermarket alarm went off and i could not stop it so i dissconnected as much of it as possible but the hazzards keep going. If I remove the fuse the relay stops clicking but the hazzards come on for half aminute every 5 mins or so (relay silent) I realise that there may still be elements of the alarm inthere somewher but somone told me jump starting can fry the relay. Is my relay fried?

what sort of alarm is it?

There may be a rubber strip on it with a key hole underneath to disable the alarm.

I could be there is a keyhole somewhere else (like in the glove compartment).

(you'll need the key though)

Try the diconnect battery option though.
