Good afternoon, I have a feeling this has been spoken about multiple times on this forum, however I'm new here.
So I have the COMAND screen problem where the first 2 messages on start up appear (Mercedes Benz Logo and then the warning re distraction when driving) then the screen fades with lots of moving lines like an untuned TV. After around a minute it starts again at the start up screen and loops through this as long as it is left on. All functions linked to the module are not working properly - heating, reverse camera, blutooth phone, sat nav etc.
I have tried pressing the eject button for 10 seconds, removing the fuse and I have took everything apart, cleaning each item as I go.
Other points - the reverse camera comes on occasionally if you reverse with the start up screen just starting and heating display partially comes on, if the controls are pressed early on after start up, the Auto heating light, AC, Max, Sync lights will come on when pressed but only few a couple of seconds then goes out.
I am based in Leicestershire, if there is anybody close to me who can help?
