Headlight lens replacement

Good afternoon. I have a CLC200 CDI, and I have, for my sins just moved to the EU. Obviously, I have the problem with my headlights. Do I need to replace them, or can I just change the lenses for continental ones, please?

The numbers on the lights are A203 820 59 59 Automotive Lighting 0005 0 301 234 605 00 31.03 10 668 and A 203820 60 59 Automotive Lighting 0120 0301 234 606 00 31.03.10 668

Don't think lenses are available separately unfortunately.

The “lenses” are only transparent covers now. All the clever beam pattern work happens inside the projector and lamp arrangement. New headlamps needed unfortunately.
