Just noticed that the n/s headlamp washer is not working on my 2001 C 220cdi. To be more precise, the washer works but does not come out of the bumper.

Any suggestions?

If this has happened during the cold spell and you did not have any antifreeze in the system, one of the plastic fittings could have burst or split.

The washer jet comes out of the bumper by water pressure, so as Television says proberly it has a leak.

Thanks.

There has been proper anti-freeze washer fluid in the system so ti does look as though there is a leak or a blockage.

Will examine further.
