My nearside headlight wiper is stuck. I cannot work out how to remove the blade without smashing everything in anger. I am sure that is not what MB intended and that perhaps I am missing something!

Is there an easy way? Am I likely just to have to reposition the blade or is it something more serious.

The plastic cap on the end of the wiper motor spindle / shaft lifts off, put your finger nail behind and lift it towards the blade, underneath this will reveal the nut that holds the wiper arm on, if it is lose then the wiper blade will not move, if it is tight and the wiper arm does not move then the chances are that the motor has gone.
