Headlights - C250 TD

Both headlights on the above are working only intermitantly, with sidelights and main both OK. I have checked all fuses and bulbs and all are OK.
One I can get to work occassionaly and then stops for no reason. All connections on bulbs have been cleaned with contact cleaner.

How about the fuse holders as they need cleaning from time to time. I have a feeling that it will be the headlamp switch that is faulty,,and we had one a few days back doing the same thing
