Headrest Removal?

Hi can anyone tell me if you can completely remove the front Headrests and how to do this. If you press the button you can raise or lower them, but they lock at the highest position and they do not come out.

I have found an easier way of doing it. Inside the back of the seat wrap some thin metal (Coke can) or acetate around the left hand arm so that it covers the small cut out that locks the headrest in and slowly push the headrest up, keeping the wrap in place as you push it up.
