Heated rear window/Radio

I have only had my 03 "A" Class for 4 weeks. As there is no visable ariel I assume that the heated rear window element is utilised. Does this account for radio interference whenever the H/R/W is switched on and the radio set to FM?
Any thoughts

Your radio aerial is in the same window as the heating element, this does cause problems sometimes, one thing that helps sometimes is to run the window for 20 mins.
