So this week the drivers side heated seat isn't turning on. I press the button to turn it on, the 3 lights come on for a few seconds and then turn off. The passengers side works fine though. Has anyone had this problem or know the fix for this? I'm hoping it's not going to be a very expensive trip to the garage.

Thanks in advance for all help!

First step would be a diagnostic test for fault codes.
Could be a heater element, relay, fuse, Sam module or just a connection in the circuit.
What model and year would help

C Class Coupe 2016. Reckon I just take it to garage and get them to run diagnostics on it as first thing?

If you have a meter my 1st check would be to unplug the heater plug under the seat and check for 12 volts when the switch is on full setting.
