Hi all

I seem to have a problem with my heated seat in my ML430

The back still gets warm but the seat pan doesn't

Any suggestions/details of common faults etc would be grateful :)

Thanks in advance

More than likely to be the heating element itself in the lower seat cover. check the plugs under the seat 1st.

the covers come off and you can retro fit with other makes ,nice weekend job,you can also try to repair the wire ,its like a fan heater or electric blanket ,trace fault and solder in new wire ,i have done both these ops before it is do-able
