Afternoon all,

A question for you cdi drivers. My heater booster is not working and I am trying to consider whether its worth replacing as don't know if its this or the pump thats gone. Yestarday drove from Oxford to Worcester and back on the M40 and got over 40mpg for the first time ever by sticking to 70 after resetting mpg on computer once warm.
On cold start up the car reads 16mpg (this is obviously wrong as its not moving) and takes an age to get 30mpg (say 15 miles). My question is should I sort the booster out as I'm considering buying a new car as so fed up with niggles with this one? ie It may take me quite a few miles to get my money back.
