Heater fan motor

Hi there the heater fan motor on my 190e is working then it stops then starts again a few minutes later.is it easy to change the motor or do you have to take the dash board to bits cheers

This is almost always caused by worn-out motor brushes. Remove the motor, replace the carbon brushes & replace the motor

The motor is accessible from the engine compartment, btw. Search this forum for relevant threads
