Heater Fan Motor

Hello all

recently my (C class-2000 W reg 220cdi) internal heater/ac fan seems to lose speed. the air blow slows down and sometimes completly cut off.

please advice- should i replace and the motor - should i go to mercedes dealer? where do i get a cheap part

I removed the heater and filter and followed the instructions-

alas- now it is not working- i guess the motor has given up

anyone in the mercedes trade willign to sell a motor blower

Hello All

thanks for all your help

I changed my fan heater motor myself and it works a dream. I bought the fan from scrapyard who has also given me 6 months warranty. total cost £20/- and i fitted it myself. (brand new £100/ + fitting charge £35/)
