hi can anyone help my 1998 e 300 td heater plugs are not getting power i have checked the fuse its ok

How do you know they are not getting any power?

i checked with a volt meter i done this when i switched the car on there should be power at them for about 30 sec,s

The relay that controls them is on the right side of the engine bay near the +ve battery terminal.
