Heater Problem Advice Needed

I Have A E-class 320 Year 2000 Which I Purchased Recently. The Heater In The Car Works But It Does Not Get Very Warm And The Heat In The Rear Is Minimal. The Fan Appears To Wrk Fine It Is Just The Heat That Is An Issue.......any Ideas
