Heater stuck on all the time

Can anyone help me I have a c220 elegance and i am not sure why my heating is on all the time. Has anyone got any suggestions that could help

Not a good time of year to have that problem. Heater water control valves fail in the open position, could be either failed valves or lack of signal to the valves. Fault code scan should reveal all.
In the meantime you could use a brake pipe clamp to squash the rubber return hose, temporary fix to keep your cool.

Check your fuses, as said, duovalve defaults to fully open when power is lost so you have full flow through the system.
