heater stuck on hot v230

hi my heater on my 1997 v230 is stuck on hot even when set to cold can anyone help cheers jonnyg

Hi i recentley removed the pollen filter,due to no airlow!then was like blowing a gail but hot so switched airconn on for a sec,went back to normal not cold, but was warm outside mind..understand v230 have poor ventilation anyway my footwell duct all mangled due to poor installation!!
