Heating Constantly On Hot !! 1994 - C 180 Elegance

could someone who might have encountered this problem please give me there answers.. the heating in my car is stuck on hot all the time,, no amount of fiddling with the controls alters the fact that the heat is constantly on.. its find now as we are in the middle of winter but on a long hot summers day it is too much..

The flow to the heater matrices is controlled by a couple of motors under the bonnet, just below the scuttle on the drivers side. Assuming no fuses are blown, check the feeds with a voltmeter.

The words you want are "duovalve" (if left and right are independant) or "monovalve" if they aren't. Do a search, there are loads of posts and discussions on here about how to test/replace them.
