Hi, A couple of months ago I traded in my lovely 2016 SLK 55AMG for the totally ridiculous 2017 AMG SL63. They are completely different animals and I still can't believe the difference in power. The SL is to say the least a Jekyll and Hyde car. One minute total cruiser, next total stabbed rat. Bonkers, but I love the theatre of driving it.
No doubt I'll be lurking on here for tips and the like

Yep, gotta love the R271 SL63. I've had mine for nearly two years, and am still loving it. Best upgrade was fitting Michelin PS4s recently, they have transformed the car. Totally bonkers car, as you say. What colour is your interior ?

Now that is interesting, I’ve been looking at tyres already and was wondering if it was worth going from the sp cont 5’s to the PS4’s, how are they better than the Conti’s ?

I know, I normally only ever have black interiors, but Bengal red is amazing, so much more subtle than normal red.
