You weren't too far from us in Crosby Rd, Universal Homes knocked up in 2 days We had it built but after 2 years it was deteriorating so sold it and moved to Glen Murray and met Ron Roycroft who was virtually my neighbour

The one thing I liked about that house was it suffered from steel frame rot that some did - fortunately after I was no longer responsible for it and the wicked witch of the south had it....
Serves her right for getting a false valuation during the divorce.
