Hello from a Newbie

Just thought i'd say hello..As i've just bought a w202 c200 auto 1996. 69000 miles on the clock with all the old mot's and stamped service book up to 67000. Mechanically it's spot on, running sweet as a nut. Couple of scrapes and dings on the body to sort out and a few niggles with electrics. So i had a browse throu the pages on here and i'm well impressed with the amount of info available, Needless to say i regestered el pronto. Great forum guy's and thanks for the help i've already received just by browsing. I'll probley be asking lots of dumb questions over the next few weeks (my 1st merc) but hopefully you'll make allowances for my ignorance. Thanks in advance. atb. Brian

Thanks for the welcome guys.. Yep.. 69000 is very low for a 12 year old merc, hence the reason the mechanics are very good, has'nt been garage though, so body is looking a bit tatty but nothing i cant sort out given time. Hopefully in a little while it will look as good as it runs.. fingers crossed.
