On the annual subscription it mentions a 20% discount on servicing. Where is this discount with is it with MB main dealer or is another service provider?

You can ask but don’t think so. They were don’t a 20% discount on the service plans... but only up to the end of Sept 2020. No harm in asking though

The discounts are only for paid up members of the club and not soley members of the forum.
You get a card with a membership number and a magazine monthly plus a few little bits on initial sign up.

Yeah that's ok I was just curious as I'm buying the service package this week I think. I didn't want to buy it before I sign up to the club.

Welcome to the forum Mark
Before you dive into a service plan, put your details into the ESS below and see if you have an A or a B service next. The A service being basically an oil change, the B service being the more extensive and dearer.

If the next service is an A service it may be cheaper to pay for that one, then take out a 3 year plan so you get a B/A/B service.
But if the ESS advises ATF change/air filters etc on top of the basic oil change, go for the plan.

I did 48k miles in 18 months in my E220d... yours needs some usage

At 17 months it should have had its first service, an A service so despite the low mileage it could well be due a B service.
Unfortunately our cars are now serviced every 12 months or 15k miles, whichever is soonest so............

That link with the Electronic service sheet will tell you for sure.

Yes only goes on model, year and mileage.
Good news if its an A next.
