hiya folks, picked up my first mercedes this morning, its a c200 on a 2000 (w-reg) 100k on the clock full history 2 previous owners. the story of how i came to get it goes like this.....8 days ago i owned a x-reg vectra estate, i put it up on the swaps website and had a guy offering me a 2002 mondeo anyway did the swap with him 7 days ago, turns out the mondeo was total and utter nail, burning oil pouring with smoke out the back (piston rings gone so i was told by my mechanic) anyway saw the merc on a forecort, sneakily forgot to tell them about the burning oil issue so chopped my car in plus £500 and i got this merc, its only been 12hours of ownership and i cant believe how impressive it is.
anyway ive had a quick browse through this website and it seems a great place everyone seems friendly and helpful im sure im going to enjoy it here
