Help! 190 engine cutting out!!

could anyone help, i have a 1992 2.0 190, the problem is that it has started to keep cutting out when you slow down ie like at traffice lights, starts up first time no problem, no warning signs no overheating problems ether, could anyone let me know what they think the problem could be. thanks

hi i dont know for sure but i have had the same experience,and it was the inlet manifold gasket,one way to check is to spray carb cleaner onto the inlet manifold if it cuts out it is sure to be the gasket.

I had exactly the same symptoms on my 300E (W124).

Turned out to be the fuel pump relay.
