Help! COMAND not working

My COMAND has just stopped working - symptoms are it switches on but gets 'stuck' on the Mercedes Benz logo startup screen. Tried switching on and off a few times, ignition on and off a few times, disconnected phone interface.... but all to no avail.

Any suggestions/assistance gratefully received - eg is there a 'reboot' facility of any kind??

My C320CDI W203 Estate has the same problem - splash screen for a few seconds, and then turns off.

The problem started immediately after I tried starting the car cold without letting the glo-plugs do their job first. Then, after starting it properly, the Comand wouldn't work.
I did this before a while back and the same thing happened to the Comand but then it came back on after switching everything off and re-starting. This time it won't!

Where would the COMAND fuse be on my car, and is there any other suggestion/s?

The fuse would be in the fuse box.
