Just kerbed an alloy today :(

Rim slightly scuffed (2 inches) and about ½ inch of top coat chipped and ready to peel away (located at end of spoke)

Gutted, as you can imagine, especially as they are only a few days old

Any recommendations of alloy refurbishers in/around the derby area.

Thanks

There are mobile repairers now who come to you. My neighbour had one do a good job in South Yorks last year. I'll get you the details if you get no further suggestions on this forum, in case they were national.

first thing you need to check is that the wheel isnt bent, before any referb work have it balanced!

Try Pristine Alloy Wheels.

When you contact them they'll give you the name of their local representative who will deal with you directly.
I just had all 4 of my 18" AMGs done. Quote was £480 inc vat for what they called the "AMG finish". Some repair work was deemed necessary when they actually got the wheels at the factory and the price rose by another £94.
The finished articles are FANTASTIC. Worth every penny.
They also do an exchange program. See Website.
