Help needed after break-in

Some thieving pikey has broken into my 1985 280E and nicked the stereo. This isn't the major issue as it was an old unit and I was about to replace it. In fact, had the pikey had actually bothered to check in the boot he would have found a new stereo in it's box....

Anyway, the reason for the thread is to see if anyone has any ideas for me to lay my hands on the only thing the pikey damaged - the three circular heater controls. The one in the middle controls the fan speed and either side controls the temperature.

Can anyone recommend a Merc breaker or even better than that, let me know where I can get hold of these items?
