Hi guys,

Quick one as I am desperate now and wondering if anybody can offer any leads?

At the beginning of September, I bought a Range Rover which is being held in a mechanics yard in Lincoln (LN11). He is getting impatient, wanting it moved, as am I.

I've been let down by two transport companies at this stage and starting to wonder how i'll get it moved.

Would anybody know of anybody up that neck of the woods who offers car transport and may have a yard to hold it in even while I have one of the couriers collect it?

Open to suggestions also if anybody has any ideas?

Thanks a lot in advance.

I used an online bidding site when I wanted 3 cars moved. I was very happy with the deal and company.

“Uship” was the bidding website, I don’t have the shippers details unfortunately

Yes and no. It starts and drives....but brakes sprung a leak, so no stopping. Enough to get it loaded but can't be transported via driving.

I tried them before for something and the bids were either crazy expensive or suspiciously low tbh. I must have a look.

Family friend is the owner of This transport company, might be able to help and they do have a yard as well, although they try not to keep to much in there at any one time.

You could also try Shiply.com but be wary of bids that start very high and then reduce dramatically and check the feedback of bidders. I've used them 3 times and was quite happy, but usual circumspection required on all these type of sites required!
