I know nothing about S class but seems to suggest possibly a connector block disconnected if everything in the door is dead.

One thing though, are seats, mirror controls all on a memory as in E-class?

Not sure about fuses because there is a lot there for one fuse. Suggest do a check on fuses first. Should be something on that in the manuals.

seats are powered memory on this - power comes into the door in one block iirc
pull off footwell carpet (1 pin / rivet plastic thing) and have a poke.

if not the fuse of course ;)

might be a connector inside the door as well - bit more complex.
