help on a non-merc??

vw caddy 1.9 sdi wont start .
i dont know much about vw's
engine seized ?
starter trys turning it but engine seems too hard to turn . tried jump starting.
tried turning engine with a breaker bar and it does turn.
so i presume its not seized then.

starter taken out n tested.
glow plugs tested
battery tested

anyone know how i can take all the oil and old fuel out the engine?

by the way if it sound scrap ,does somebody need a vw caddy
make me an offer for it.

Have you tried towing putting it in 3rd and starting it. Hope this helps

hi mate i was going to do that , cheers mate , im scared beceause the vans got no tax , mot , insurance .so i dont want to pay dvla a big fine thats worth more than the van cheers anyway
