Help please? Advice?

Regarding my 1996 e300d

my abs/ets light is on on the dashboard, however the light only comes on when my wheels start turning?

I can start the vehicle and so long as the car is stationary the light doesn’t come on

I have put a new abs pump on it but this is still happening, could it be the wheel sensors?

Damaged ,corroded reluctor,ring and or sensor looking at them ? Dont know what codes you can get,read on 96 car.someone will chip in shortly.
