Help Please: Connect Convenience phone

I have just obtained a new phone and unable to replace it as the 'Convenience Phone' I am unable de-authorise the previous phone as the display will not allow me to. I have Comand and an Iphone 4. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Not sure i follow .. But maybe if you just Add the new one you can have a choice of which one is the convenience phone.. Tho I confess I don't quite understand that term ..I am off to google it..
