I've a 1992 300SL. The electric window switch for the drivers side window is only working to activate the window to go down but not up. I'm able to still close the window by quarter turning the key in the lock from the outside so I know the motor is fine.
How easy a job is it to replace the switch? I've been told previously that it is difficult to remove the centre console and it is liable to break easily, does anyone have any experience of this?
I've also noticed the back lights on the centre of the dash for the airvent controls have also stopped working. Anybody know how to replace the bulbs?
