Help! Replacement key sought!

Hi everyone. Can anyone help me get out of my son's bad books? Following an enforced tidy-up, (enforced by me!) it appears the rubbish sent to the tip may have included his key! He has a second key which opens the car, but it is not programmed. It seems we need to find someone who can program a key for a 1999 C240 4-door sedan. Any ideas? in the Stockport/Manchester/Buxton area. Thanks for any assistance. I can't be the only one in this situation, am I?

Hello, we can supply a replacement key, but we would need the car.

The key you have is probably broken if it unlocks but doesnt start, as its not possible to unprogram or program the keys in the first place. (assuming its not a flip key, should be an early smart key at that age)
