Help, running rough when hot

Hello, I need some advice on my 1998 208d, well its misbehaving, I did a service last week oil, oil, air and fuel filter and Im not sure if ive only just noticed it or it is due to something I did but now when the engine is hot it feels and sound like its missing somehow strange thing is it only happens when hot not when cold, I don't suppose you have any idea of what's happening. Ive attached a video.

Do you think it could be blocked or faulty? Just strange how its only when hot

You mention that you replaced the fuel filter - could there be some form of expansion at a joint that allows air into the fuel line when the engine is hot?

That's a fair point, ill order a different filter and see what happens, its only a tenner

As the tips of the injectors wear the spray pattern is affected especially noticeable on tick over

Will this cause a breakdown do you think? as I don't have time to get injectors out and looked at and I have a 400 mile round trip this week?

No it just causes a rough tick over basically the fuel isn’t injected in a properly combustable way (a dribble not a mist)
