Help sprinter jumping out of 1st

I’ve got a Mercedes sprinter 2008 311 changed the gear box cables and had the gear box checked and new 1/2nd Synchro fitted but once I have drive a hour it jumps out of first gear pulling away from lights

I haven’t got gen merc gear oil in but going todo that this week. As I’ve seen someone say that sorted there’s .

anyone got the fix or know what it will be ??

I don't think just changing the gearbox oil will stop it jumping out of 1st gear.

I changed the oil in the manual gearbox on my C220 a few years ago. I did think the gears changed slightly more smoother and the occasional baulk going into second when it was cold stopped happening but it didn't have any major impact.
