Hello,

Sorry to ask this question about something that should be elementary knowledge & skill....

When I attempt to use the dual climate feature in my Evo Panorama C-Class, it does not seem to work. I would expect that the driver & passenger can have different temperature air blowing out of the vents. However, if one is set at 18, and the other is set to 22, all air remains at 18. Once I fiddle with the 18 knob, only then will the temperature change... and is matched on both sides regardless of the separate settings.

Am I making sense here??? Do I have a fault on the temperature system?

TIA,

Richard

Might this help?

Mono function

You can use the mono function to adopt the settings configured for temperature, air distribution and airflow on the driver's side for the front passenger side and the rear compartment.

Press the button.

The mono function is switched on/off. When the mono function is switched on, the indicator lamp in the button is lit up.
