Ello im new on the site and hope im asking in the right section

I have a 1999 C250TDi W202T it has standard 15 inch alloys on it at the moment, but Id like a nicer looking set of 16s or 17 inch, can anyone tell me what other Merk model alloys will fit my shape car

i.e. will A or B class alloys fit my C class and am I right in thinking that CLK SLK alloys will also fit

Cheers in advance for ant info

Steve

Hi & Welcome,

Pls take a look here
As it lists out the options available. One note of caution is that Mercedes centre the wheels on the hub so a lot of aftermarket wheels require an adaptor to make them fit correctly.

Thanks for the reply and the link, however I think I might be being a BiT FiCk on the link it dosent show (unless Im mistaken) what other models will fit what.
Is the pcd and centre bore the same for say a B class to a C class or are they the same for all genuine merc wheels

But again thanks for your info so far

Hi mate - As far as I know, A and B Class wheels will not fit your C Class. Look out for CLK/SLK/C/E wheels which are usually compatible with each other. I've got 17" CLK alloys on my current E320 and I had W210 E-Class and CLK wheels on my W202 before I sold it.

I just put a set of db CLK 17's on my C Class Coupe today. Be careful of after market alloys as although some retailers may think they will fit, unless they are made specifically for MBs they may not. I got caught like this a couple of weeks ago but thankfully the company I bought from took them back.

Good luck.

Yeah I’ll not be going down the route of aftermarket wheels; hence the questions on what other merk once fit what.
Ill keep my beady little eyes open for a set of CLK / SLK alloys
What sort of money will I be paying for 16s / 17s about the £300 mark??

Mine were db CLK alloys (replica) but made for MB's. New, with 225/45/17 Tyres, original mercedes centre caps, chrome valve sleeves and caps and locking wheel nuts they were £480.00.
