I have a very simple question but its not that simple to describe so bare with me.
If you sit in the drivers seat down to the right you have the furry door seal. Put your hand on the door seal and follow it backwards until it ends.
When it ends you will see a metal plate with three screws in it. As you look at the metal plate, face on, there are three screws, one on the left and two on the right.
If you remove the plate you will see that the screws go into some white plastic lugs, located into the body work, which have a cone shaped rear.

The query.
Do the screws that hold the plate on also hold in place a black piece of trim, or does the trim locate at the back of the white cones behind the metal body work.

see told you it was difficult to explain.

If anyone out there has 2 minutes and can take off the metal plate, i would really appreciate it.
Or perhaps drop me a mail with a number and I'll call you.
Sorry to be a pain in the ass, but this is driving me absolutely bonkers.
Cheers

Mark

Thanks Matty, I would really appreciate it.

Perhaps the easiest way would be to let me call you when you are with your car, or if you remove that metal plate, and text me a photo of what it looks like underneath i will be able to work it out.

I took the back carpet and plastics off last night to see if there was a cut out for a base speaker and just cant seem to get this bit to fit right.
Ive also got an amp in the car somewhere but im buggered if i can find it.

cheers
