HELP

I bought a 2006 V6 diesel Vito with quite a few custom installs, TV, Invertor, Sound system, etc. I drove the vehicle home and when I tried to start it, it was flat. I have since had the alternator rewound, new battery, disconnected the gadgets, but the battery is still not charging, any idea how to solve this or diagnose the problem please?

Battery drain...first thing is too shut the car down and measure the drain...
