my windscreen washer is not working on 98 v230 ambiente auto can anyone help pls its not frozen

Hello and welcome,

Can you hear the pump operating under the bonnet?

If it is running then check a hose hasn't popped off on route to the screen

If it is not running, check the fuse, then check the connection on the pump. If good check you get voltage when operated. If voltage then pump is knackered.

If no voltage then chances are its the combi switch or relay fault.

The pipes running to the jets freeze and because the rubber hose becomes brittle using the washerblows the rubber hose off the jets, open bonnet and use the washer if water gushes out then the pipes are off.
