Hello and welcome
Can't really suggest anything apart from contacting the garage?
Maybe the immobiliser has kicked in??
Was the battery fully charged when it was refitted after being charged. Some batteries can be a bit iffy. I've had 2 batteries in the recent past that show 12.6 volts on the voltmeter, however both was dead.
