Hi and welcome. Sounds like you have an air leak on one of the PSE lines.

Thanks for the input, could this result in the Fault being intermittent Tho? When it works it seems to work fine but when it stops it just won’t do anything like the electrics been cut to it until it unplug and plug back in as if it’s resetting something, there is a hairline crack in the grey plastic plug near one of the pipes but I was ‘fairly’ confident it wasn’t affecting the yellow pipes seal? It’s very frustrating, thanks again for the input.

2005 CL500.
It will reset when you disconnect...but then the pump will run too long and cut out when reconnected.

Thanks naraic, do u mean if there is a slight leak it will do that? I might just try some gorilla glue on the cracked housing if that’s the case?

Yes a small leak can cause the pump to shut down.
The way it works is it measures the pump run time. If the run time is too long the pump shuts down to protect itself. Disconnecting clears the error and it works again until the run time is again exceeded.

Could this be the culprit? I’m gonna get some gorilla glue this weekend and carefully fill the crack up, I’m not so sure myself but as I say I’m new to SL’s thanks for this help it’s really appreciated. BDCF71E9-76A4-4D6C-9D08-A2901BD09A08.jpeg

That crack certainly won't be helping!
