Mercedes wheels are hubcentric - they align on the hub rather than the wheel bolts - I don't believe VW ones do

They will not fit.
Although the PCD is ok the spigot hole (centre bore) in the middle is too small by around 9mm.
Mercedes use the spigot to securely mount the wheel to the hub as mentioned by Blobcat.
VW use a 57.1 mm centre bore
MB use a 66.6 mm centre bore
You 'can' fit MB wheels to VW but not VW to MB.
