A 190 2001 model
I have a A 190 merc 2001 model. The car was stationary for just over two years. The car struggles to start when its cold, its idling is not smooth. I have to keep the revs up until the engine is warm enough. Once the idling is smooth I can then drive with it. It goes well, no problem with power.

I had the injectors cleaned, still have the same problem.

Had it on the machine, they removed the engine light but eventually it returns.

So it seems like a cold start problem.

Maf faults are common on these. Sanity check the air flow values with a diag machine to confirm they are plausible.

Keeping ir revved may indicate fuel delivery issue. Any smells of fuel, checked fuel lines, replaced fuel filter?
Simple checks/maintenance then diags.
