Hi Garry,
I am assuming your Vito will be the 447 version. While I have no specific experience of these I believe there are similarities, the seats seemingly are similar as I have seen them advertised as a universal fit for the 639 (earlier version).
So as to disclaim any inaccuracies I'll describe the 639 change over and allow you to confirm it to be the same for the 447.
The passenger base is a double base to accommodate the double seat.
The seat is torx bolted at 4 points into the base, sliding seat allows easy access to all 4.
The seat is likely to have an occupancy sensor to unplug, so caution not to tear it out on removal of the seat.
Heated seat plugs are more robust, but essentially the same.
The base will unbolt and lift out and then the replacement single base bolted in. Maybe some one else can confirm that the same bolt positions are used.
Single seats from the Vito, Viano and V should be a straight fit.
Viano seats are leather and come in 3 colours. The Viano leather is softer than Vito (if you source leather) and generally more comfortable as often have lumber support. It looks like V class seats are even more superior.
If you put up your location possibly someone with a 639 will be able to give you chance to measure and compare.
I've fitted ML seats and Volvo seats to Vito's, but it is more involved.
But check this as the photo's might give you some idea.
