Hi newbie “ with a problem ”

So high I’ve just joined I’ve mainly owned Audis and VW‘s for many years but just sold my viano 2014 2.2 auto for a Euless compliant ML 250 with the RM651 engine

But at the moment I’ve started getting a EML light on and wind scanned it showing exhaust Centres

And a couple of times it’s gone into limp mode and it’s showing

And then the two nox codes

Any ideas what this could be
