Welcome to the forum.

You need to start by having your main battery fully charged. You don't state what year your E class is, but if its pre 2006 then you also have an auxiliary battery under the pollen filter in the engine bay. That too needs to be fully charged and if its more than 4 years old probably needs replacing.

When you have fully charged batteries (12.6v is fully charged), try inserting the ignition key again and see what faults you have showing. The W211 is very voltage dependent and throws up faults very quickly with low battery voltage.

Once you have the car with the fault messages gone, you need to look for the battery drain. If you don't feel competent using a multi meter to check the fuses one by one it might be quicker to use an auto electrician.
A search on Battery drain + W211 should find plenty of threads.

Edit.......just re read you post. Looks like you may have other issues including SAM problems which really need a Mercedes specialist to look at.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Now I am no Auto Electrician but after reading past threads on this subject I would be looking at the batteries before anything else. Get the batteries drop tested and if OK get them fully charged. I have had similar issues with one off my old MB's, a C220 and I was able to overcome the problems just by getting the batteries fully charged. MB's can be very sensitive to battery charge levels. :)

All look like low V issues.

Check the voltage with a meter, is the alty pushing out juice, get the battery charged, take it from there.

On a pre 2006 car the auxiliary battery is under the pollen filter. Located on the n/s against the bulkhead with just a 8mm? nut to undo and remove the plastic pollen filter cover.
If you need a new aux battery I'd recommend this one at half the price of an OEM Fiamm branded one.

Tayna are cheaper but out of stock
