Just joined I have a 54 plate c200 1800cc s203 compressor estate when I go it there were a few marks which i was going to get fixed. life threw me a couple whammies with car.
Driving along women open door right next to me ripped door mirror off no problem her insurance took completly over did not have to use mine gave me hire car took 3 weeks to fix cost £705 inc vat.
had the car 2 days on did 15 miles council lorry decided to back into to it denting the tailgate :-(((
fighting with council but taking forever.
found matching in colour a tailgate for sale on 2005 C220 cdi
I cant find part no's to check if this fits.
Any help appreciated

Ask the council who thier legal dept is. This will make them move a bit faster.

I had this with council some time ago.
Went through my insurance legal team. As it wasn't my fault, it was going be paid by the 3rd party. As in your case, they were dragging their feets, so I had a go at my team, that I want my car fixed and not going to wait any longer and it happened
